Come and join us for an informative, interactive class on the safe use of essential oils for pregnancy, babies and children. This class is for all mamas! Moms-to-be, moms with babies, moms with big kids, grand-moms and beyond. Who doesn’t want to have healthy kids and stay healthy as a mom? Essential oils are a great tool to have in your home to support all of these health goals. We'll talk specifically about how to safely dilute and use essential oils on children and babies, plus how to use essential oils throughout pregnancy. Don't forget about self-care, important for all stages of motherhood. Cost for this workshop will be $14 and everyone will take home 3 essential oil blends to start using right away! I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, including eating right, reducing our toxic load, and supporting our bodies using essential oils.
