Hi everyone, My name is Deysi H, I am a Senior Dental Hygiene student at Eastern Washington University. I have available appointments open for patients interested in receiving dental care. At our clinic we provide dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and fillings. We accept Provider One/Apple Care (Medicaid ) & certain Delta Dental insurances. If you do have a different insurance I can provide you with a form to self submit for your insurance to reimbursement the services. If you like to inquire about prices we can also provide that fee list. If you are interested in getting an exam with dental cleaning and more please don’t hesitate to contact me. Depending on your oral health we will discuss the appointments necessary.
