But, unfortunately, when you look to the outside of it to find unconditional love, your garden can become overfilled with weeds that can overtake it. In addition, negative self-talk, toxic behaviors, and past heartbreaks can also affect the garden's beauty inside you. Join Relaxation & Sleep Specialist Ryan Wimperis from Amethyst Healing on a journey of cultivating self-love from the inside filled with healing and self-discovery. Your journey will start with a love-infused meditation filled with affirmations followed by the beautiful and healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and soothing rain and ocean waves. At the end of your journey, while in a deep state of relaxation, Ryan will be integrating the cultivating and healing of your heart by sending the universal life energy of Reiki over your heart charka. This event includes a self-care bag to take home with you to continue with your self-love journey. Afterward, there will be some time to shop for beautiful intentional jewelry to maintain your vibe. Ryan Wimperis, the owner/operator at Amethyst Healing, is a Registered Sleep Technologist, Reiki Master, & Sound Healer. With fifteen years of working in sleep medicine, Ryan has integrated eastern & western medicine to help others find balance in their lives. He does this by holding space that facilitates relaxation, promotes relief from stress, decreases anxiety, depression, and improves sleep quality. 11:20am-11:30am- Check-in+settle in 11:30am-1:00pm- Self-Love journey Please note: Yoga mats, eye masks, and blankets are provided.
