Guitarist looking to start Indie/Alt rock band

What's up? I'd like to start a four piece band (5 max). Alt rock/Indie, maybe with some math rock and new wave nuances. I've got a few demos in the vault and quite a few riffs floating around my head to help jumpstart the process. It would be awesome to share this music with some potential homies, enhance what is already written, and write totally new stuff together. I suppose the goal would be to release something and play some shows this year once we've written a handful of songs. It's hard to pinpoint exact music inspiration, since I mostly just play for catharsis and to get out of my head for a while, but I'd say Pinback, Built to Spill, Talking Heads, Old Modest Mouse and Death cab, Title Fight, American Football, Slowdive, Her's, King Krule, Snail Mail, Jessica Lea Mayfield and Swervedriver are some fair enough examples. The most important part is finding some great friends to share this project with. Some people who are serious enough to commit to making shit they love and not flaking, but laid back enough to have a solid sense of humor and a desire to make this as enjoyable as possible. To be transparent, I'd prefer to play with people in their 20's and 30's. Currently looking for: Bassist Drummer Vocalist who can play second guitar. Or a vocalist and guitarist separately. Less sounds better, considering how difficult it is to get everyone together, but I'm open to trying whatever could work well. I record demos on some modest, but more than favorable gear at my place in Mount Washington if you want to get together, work on something and see if we're on similar frequencies personally and creatively.
