Join Dr. Jenn Nyberg and CNM Crystal Massey for a discussion on prenatal and postpartum care. The Oregon Birth and Wellness Center is hosting a collaborative workshop on prenatal and postpartum care. Get a tour of their new facility and meet their CNM Crystal Massey as she shares her experience working with Mamas from early pregnancy to after delivery. Dr. Jenn Nyberg, clinic director at Pure Life Chiropractic will discuss how beneficial chiropractic care can be during that time. Both women are Moms supporting other Moms - sharing their knowledge and experience on how to best care for your body and mind during pregnancy. Learn tips for healthy positioning of baby as you get closer to delivery and how to safely take care of yourself after baby is born.
