The rarest bourbon's we were able to acquire in all of 2021. 2021 was a tough year for American bourbon and rye. With supply chains broken and distributers under staffed it was nearly impossible acquiring rare and unique bottles. However we were still able to acquire some amazing offerings! This year we will have a 5 course 5 bourbon tasting that we are sure will blow your socks off. As always we will have three raffles to giveaway prizes and we are offering 50% off our rare bourbon shelf to everyone after the meal! Course: Cucumber Veloutè, lump crab meat, fresh dill2nd Course: Crispy duck breast, over frisée, Napa cabbage, peanuts, micro cilantro, pomegranate seeds, orange hoisin vinaigrette 3rd Course: Seared (2) u-10 scallops, Meyer lemon risotto, crispy pancetta, herbed caper brown butter 4th Course: Grass fed braised boneless beef short ribs, sweet potato purée, broccoli rabe, crispy parsnips, Cabernet thyme au jus 5th Course: Basque style cheese cake, balsamic blueberry compote, shaved nutmeg, bourbon whipped cream We are keeping it to 10 people each day for social distancing purposes and if we can not have the dinner because of Covid-19 related issues etc. Also, we are having a secondary rare bourbon dinner at the end of February with some other fantastic options. *Gratuity is included in the ticket price.
