Beer MenuBaba Yaga | Coffee Porter | 7.2% |A porter in the classic English tradition but with a twist fast becoming a hallmark of the American Craft Brewing culture. Our porter base with a specially roasted blend of coffee from here in Canton, Ohio. Ice Crusher | Winter Drinkin' Lager | 6.5% | There’s thinkin’ beer and there’s drinkin’ beer. Ice Crusher is a drinkin’ beer. It’s light and genuinely refreshing — starting with a hint of lime zest on and finishing with a rounded gently tart quench that begs for another gulp. Ice Crusher is the big brother to our Backyard summer favourite. It’s a darker gold colour, uses the more piquant Kaffir Lime zest grown in the Marquesas Islands, and packs a bit more punch. It is a perfect way to remind yourself that it was summer once and will be again. Hat on Hat | Farmhouse IPA | 7.2% | Hat on a Hat is based on the beers traditionally brewed post-harvest in the Wallonian countryside. We use the same yeast and malts, but hop it like an American IPA. The flavour is complex and pleasant; Citra and Centennial hops complement the dry farmhouse acidity and underlying notes of pear and peppercorn. The finish is dry with a crisp hop bitterness. Hat on a Hat is approachable as both an IPA and a Belgian style ale. It's not a small beer at around 7%, but it's drinkable and light on the tongue but substantial enough for a long winter around the hearth. El Vlad | Imperial Stout | 13.1% | Mexican Hot Chocolate variant of our Imperial Stout. El Vlad is a coal-black, high-gravity, high-alcohol ale with big, complex flavors of rich smooth cocoa, cinnamon, and smokey heat from Guajillo and Ancho peppers. Aromas that hint at caramel, coffee, roasted nuts accentuate this rich robust ale. **This event is non-refundable/non-transferable. No physical tickets will be issued.
