Holy Hearts Sister Circles are a monthly opportunity to hold space for others while simultaneously having space held for you. These sacred ceremonies are times for us to connect, cry, dance, laugh, heal, rise, and thrive as the empowered and God centered women we were born to be. Society teaches us to suppress our inner woman, to stretch ourselves too thin and to forget that our own needs must come first, because from a place of fullness, we have so much more to give. The Sacred Circle welcomes all identifying women, from all ages, backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles, and beliefs. Together we create a sacred and safe space to show up exactly as we are, to be supported and loved for our own unique gifts. We would love to have you join us in sacred ceremony to connect our frequencies and uplift one another, and the planet as a whole. Let us illuminate the grid with our feminine power! -------- This months gathering is called Devotional Love, and we will be celebrating love for ourselves, one another, God, and the Earth all while honoring black history through exploring practices of self-love AND donating part of the proceeds to the Loveland Foundation. Katie Hogg and Coral Jernigan are coming together to share a heart opening experience rooted in self love & compassion. Melanie Maglieri will also be facilitating a heart opening cacao ceremony to unify our hearts and mind to receive the universal medicine of love. The root of true self love is a strong devotion to ourselves and the Divine God, the two forces that are always present no matter what energy, job, relationship, or physical circumstances come and go throughout life.This guided experience will be using methods of prayer, bodywork, acupressure, and energy medicine to draw attention and get to know our subtle energy bodies and what it is we need individually to practice true self compassion and love through all the ups and downs of life. This will be a practice that will also help us learn to communicate our needs, understand the meaning of consent, and keep the relationship with ourselves and the divine at the forefront of every other relationship we have. Katie Hogg is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Energy Worker, Doula, and co-founder of Holy Hearts Sisterhood helping to facilitate experiences that empower others to heal themselves and foster a deep mind/body connection through all waves of life. Coral Jernigan, of Reef Therapeutics, is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a gift of helping others to revitalize treasures of their bodies with a deep and embracing therapeutic touch. Melanie Maglieri is a yoga teacher with over 1000+ teaching hours, an astrologer, cacao ceremonialist, and co-founder of Holy Hearts Sisterhood. -------- We will create the alter, you are encouraged to bring anything to contribute to it! Please bring all the comfy goodies you want and need to make your space at the circle just what you desire. Maybe a blanket, slippers, crystals, etc. We will provide one bolster for you. **Please bring a tea or coffee cup, journal and pen. *******Doors will open 10 minutes before we begin ceremony. Please arrive on time to help us maintain the integrity of the circle, we begin promptly at 6:30p. Door will be locked when ceremony begins********** Bring plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, bring your sister circle bag with whatever goodies or objects make you feel aligned, and come just as your amazing radiant self!
