While he is part of a large organization, as an Owner/Operator, he’s actually an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. This brings not only responsibility and accountability, which is good for Guests and Team Member’s alike, it also allows him to bring a local flavor to Chick-fil-A in Bartlesville. Following a successful 15- year career working for a non-profit ministry that held events for students all around the world, Allcott is excited to continue to incorporate ministry into the business world and live a life as a Kingdom Worker- leveraging his gifts, talents, abilities, passions, and experiences for the Lord through interactions and relationships with team members, guests, vendors, and all he comes into contact with. Allcott graduated with a business administration degree from Milligan College in Tennessee. His wife, Abbey, and their children, Quint (10) and Ryker (6), love being a part of the Bartlesville community.
