A romantic night for two at Giant Texas Distillery. We will be featuring live music and a chef + distiller driven four course dinner. Join us for a Valentine’s Day dinner and cocktail pairing on February 11 featuring a live classical guitar performance. We’re also partnering with Texas Children’s Hospital and donating 10% of the proceeds from this delicious and romantic event. FIRST COURSE Strawberry Balsamic Chutney and Goat Cheese Bruschetta. Paired with a Salted Caramel Manhattan with Giant 100 Rye. SECOND COURSE Almond Crusted Gulf Shrimp with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. Paired with a Gin Based Bees Knees. THIRD COURSE Bourbon Braised Beef Short Rib with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes. Paired with a Traditional Old Fashioned. FOURTH COURSE Cheesecake with Hand Dipped Chocolate Covered Strawberries with Bourbon Chocolate Sauce. Paired with a Giant Texas Brandy
