Lucille Bishop Smith Historic Recipe Demonstration Join the Fort Worth Public Library for Women's History Month at the Como Community Center, as we honor the remarkable achievements of Lucille Bishop Smith-- chef, teacher, entrepreneur, and philanthropist-- perhaps best known for her boxed hot roll mix. A short presentation illustrating Lucille Bishop Smith's life will be followed by a special demonstration featuring local chef Katrina Carpenter. She'll recreate a recipe from Lucille Bishop Smith's cookbook, Lucille's Treasure Chest of Fine Foods.
