From the Town of Chelmsford: October 27, 2020 Please see the attached regarding safe practices for Halloween. Halloween is two hours and is meant to be an outdoor event. Indoor gatherings are discouraged. Use hand sanitizer often. Cloth masks should be worn at all times. (Plastic costume masks require a cloth mask underneath) Those who do not wish to participate in Trick or Treating should leave lights off. Additional Info...
