Hands-On Springerle Cookie Making Demo with Heather Wright Heather Wright of Springerle Emporium in Meredith, NH will be conducting a 3 hour demonstration on the process of making intricate Springerle cookies. Included in the ticket price is a batch of dough, as well as the molds needed to create the incredible designs. Cookie samples will be available throughout, as Heather guides the class through the entire process. At the end, you will take home your batch of cookies to share with friends and family! The Loft bar will be open throughout the class for all of age guests to purchase wine and beer.
