Dish is excited to take you to a trip to Italy with amazing Italian wines and fantastic Italian food! February is for lovers, and what better way to showcase February then a little trip to Italy. We will have a lineup of Italian wine paired with the quality of food you've come to expect for a night that will truly be wonderful! Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel AT LEAST 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) please email [email protected]. Course 1: Masi, Bonacosta 2019 Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with shaved parmesan, arugula, and truffle. Course 2: Tenuta di Biserno, Il Pino di Biserno 2017 Roasted goat cheese and heirloom tomatoes with house made caramelized onion and kalamata olive focaccia. Course 3: La Spinetta, Il Nero di Casanova 2016 Fontina, copa, provolone, and sage stuffed boneless chicken thigh with rosemary and brown butter cannellini beans, charred shiitake mushrooms, and balsamic-fig reduction. Course 4: Masi, Costasera 2015 Woods Italian sausage, pork belly, and chorizo lasagna with smoked mozzarella, salsa verde, and pickled garlic. Course 5: Santa Margherita, Prosecco NV Bomboloni with mascarpone, Nutella, and pistachio sugar.
