About the Position: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning all equipment, buildings, and grounds of the facility as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep. This is for an 80-unit apartment community designed exclusively for low-income seniors, age 62 and above, or households with disability at any age. The property is located in International Falls, MN. This position requires solid maintenance knowledge and skills. Experience in property management is helpful.
