PLEASE READ THE DETAILS OF THIS FIELD TRIP CAREFULLY. EACH FIELD TRIP HAS UNIQUE GUIDELINES FOR AGES, NUMBER OF CHAPERONES, ETC. NO REFUNDS! Heartland Charter School presents the Heartland Hoedown, a prom at Riverlakes Ranch. The prom is from 8:00 pm until 10:00 pm but check in begins at 7:30 pm. There will be dancing, light desserts, lawn games, and photo opportunities. The prom is open to Heartland High School students. Students can bring a guest from another high school with a signed waiver. Tickets are $40 per student. Tickets cannot be purchased with educational funds and are nonrefundable.Heartland HST's will be chaperones. Parents are not invited to chaperone or stay for the dance. Parents must complete this waiver and email it to Jayme Blanton at [email protected]. Your student may not be dropped off unless this waiver is completed. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.***Masks will be required for all indoor field trips per California state guidelines.Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them. Can I pay using my funds? NO. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for Heartland high school students only. If you purchase a ticket for a student that is not in 9th-12th grade the student will not be able to attend and you will not receive a refund. What are the check-in procedures? Check in with a teacher at the check in table before entering the dance. Students cannot be left at the dance unless their parents have signed the drop off waiver. Check in begins at 7:30 Is there on-site parking available? This is a drop off event. Parents can park in the Riverlakes Ranch parking lot to drop off their students. Students who can drive can park in the Riverlakes Ranch parking lot. Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No. Please eat dinner before prom.
