Rehearsal room looking for band/individuals

Hello! I'm in a band that rehearses at Old Rainier Brewery, and we're looking for a band/individuals to share it with us, since a band is moving out. Are you looking for a room to practice/write at? Need a place to be loud? This is that type of place! FYI, we have a room drum kit already set up to save time and space; we just swap out kick pedal and cymbals (and snare drum too if you like). We also have a large, shared bass cab, so we don't have room for another big bass cab. The room also a PA – it's nothing fancy, but it's gets the job done. Note: we don't share a room microphone, though (germs!). The room has some overhead storage available too. Last but not least, the room is clean and has much solid Feng Shui.
