Found dead puppy on highway

There’s currently a deceased brown (or possibly black) and white puppy on highway 18 west on the curve just before merging onto I-5 south. I wasn’t able to stop and look closer, but it was definitely a young dog. It was facing the barrier so I don’t know what the face and ears looked like. Honestly it looked like it was dead before it got dumped there. I couldn’t see any wounds from getting hit by cars. I am very sorry if this was yours. You have my condolences.
