Join us for the first Certified SC Showcase, a two-day networking event and celebration of Certified South Carolina flavors and innovations. The Showcase provides an opportunity for buyers and producers to meet face-to-face, with an emphasis on the state’s abundant produce, specialty food products and marketing programs. Keynote Lunch 12:15-1:30 p.m. A buffet-style lunch will feature honored guests and an update on South Carolina agriculture. Educational Sessions 1:45-2:30 p.m. and 2:45-3:30 p.m. Tentative topics include a buyer panel featuring a retail, wholesale, school, and food hub buyer, and a "Farm to Plate" session sharing best practices for incorporating farm products into menus, how to source seasonally, and more.
