The event includes a special presentation by Kate Phillips of Breakthru Beverage. Lucky Rooster Kitchen + Bar Executive Chef, David Landrigan, will prepare a distinctive five-course menu that will pair perfectly with wines from Matchbook. Wines will also be available for purchase. Matchbook celebrates the varietals that thrive out in the warm Dunnigan Hills climate. Matchbook wines are always fruit first, with oak flavors as a supporting element. The whites are pure, 100% varietal, while the reds are blended in the spirit of complexity and character.
