An overview of treating and working with Veterans with PTSD. This presentation is presented by Mary Ann Capp, DNP, RN. She is a daughter, a daughter-in-law, and a mother of a Veteran. She is a member of the Family Readinees Group (FRG) for The 1st Infantry Division and the 3rd Infantry Division. She has completed training for ELNEC and End-of-Life Care for Veterans with PTSD. This is an in-person event. At the time of this publication WMC continues to follow CDC guidelines for hospitals and requires everyone entering the building to wear face coverings "masks" in all public areas. As CDC guidelines change the hospital policy may be updated. Attendees of the program will be required to follow hospital policy. Please contact us if you have questions. The program is approved for two continuing education hours for social workers by the West Virginia Board of Social Work. The WMC Social Service Dept. is proud to provide CEU training opportunities for social workers in our community.
