Veiled chameleon needs a home

I rescued a veiled chameleon about 3 months ago. He was in bad shape, hardly moved, had his eyes sunken in. I hand watered him and fed him. He finally opened his eyes but still not drinking or eating on his own. I’m scared of him.. I tried but I can’t handle him. I’m hoping to find someone experienced with chameleons to adopt him. His name is gordo. I feel bad about it but I just want him to have his best life. I think hes about 2 years old. Thank you
