need short term space to make a couple paintings

I need to make 3 paintings right now, I need basically a empty space that is not a big issue if things get a little messy, really one bare wall about 10 ft horizontal by 8 ft high, and room to keep some paints and indoors with heat is a big deal. I can pay as a short term like month rental. I can trade out art or help of course too. any sort of garage, work shop, studio would be perfect! Pleaee email me
