MEDFORD, MA — The city is temporarily without a Consumer Affairs office after its entire staff retired. In a statement on Monday, Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn's administration congratulated Patricia Wright on a 30-year career, Paula Keefe on a 39-year career and Linda Pittorino on a seven-year career at City Hall. The city is actively looking to hire replacements for the office. In the meantime, residents who need assistance regarding consumer affair issues can contact the Massachusetts Attorney General's consumer hotline at 617-727-8400 or file a complaint here.
