Common Council (February 1, 7:30 pm) will talk about: a public hearing regarding proposed ordinance to modify treatment of split-zoned parcels a public hearing regarding proposed ordinance providing withdrawal of zoning applications by applicants prior to final decision a resolution approving a land combination via Certified Survey Map at 7423 West North Avenue, 7429 West North Avenue, and 7501 West North Avenue (Cornerstone Village) a resolution approving a conditional use at 11811 West Blue Mound Road to operate a charter school an ordinance designating the use of "charter schools" as a conditional use in the C2 district ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Wauwatosa for a portion of the property located at 11811 W Blue Mound Road Ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of the City of Wauwatosa from Special Purpose District - Parking Support to C2 District at 7423 W.
