Press release from SPD Blotter: January 31, 2022 12:31 pm Detectives booked a 34-year-old man into jail on Sunday after officers were called to the scene of a homicide near the Bryant neighborhood. At 6:30 p.m., police received a 911 call about a deceased 72-year-old man at a house in the 4000 block of NE 58th Street.  Homicide detectives began investigating and determined a person of interest in the case, a 34-year-old man, was in the custody of another law enforcement agency for an unrelated incident. Detectives later booked the 34-year-old man into the King County Jail for investigation of murder.  Police continue to investigate this incident and are asking anyone who may be able to aid in the investigation to please call (206) 233-5000.
