Kelly's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, contract review and negotiation, customer and vendor agreements and negotiations, protection of intellectual property, corporate succession planning and tax planning advice. She works with businesses of all sizes and assists start-ups with understanding the legal requirements necessary to run their operations. Community involvement is integral to who Kelly is as a professional. She is co-chair of Pullman & Comley's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and is the business law section treasurer for the Connecticut Bar Association and is a founding member of Thrive, the Bridgeport Regional Business Council's Young Professionals Initiative. Kelly is secretary on the board of directors' executive committee for the Bridgeport Regional Business Council's Leadership Greater Bridgeport and sits on the Ernest C. Trefz School of Business Advisory Board at the University of Bridgeport.
