Press release from the City of South Bend: 2022-02-01 Due to the incoming inclement weather, the City of South Bend is suspending its trash services on Thursday, February 3. This impacts regular trash pickup, bulky item and Christmas tree pickups. The City will resume trash pickup on Friday, February 4. Weather forecasts are predicting heavy snow accumulations that will make residential streets impassable.
