Here are the top three stories in Charleston today: A lawsuit challenging a vaccine mandate for Charleston County employees was permanently dismissed by a federal judge. The lawsuit was filed by a group of 125 employees across three local governments and was dismissed because the employees involved in the lawsuit were either fired or vaccinated. The lawsuit will not be allowed to be refiled. (Charleston Post Courier)Davidson Wine Co. will become Charleston's first urban winery. The new winery will be on the corner of Market and Church streets downtown. The winery will sell its own wine with it also being sold wholesale and online. (Charleston City Paper)The Charleston Place is in full bloom in celebration of Valentines Day this year. The Place will offer over-the-top floral displays and a new "Galantine's Day" shopping event at the landmark hotel.
