CRANSTON, RI — The Cranston Police Department is selling police patches to advocate for people with down syndrome. The patches coincide with World Down Syndrome Day, which is on March 21. All proceeds will be donated to the Down Syndrome Society of RI, Inc. Patches can be purchased by emailing [email protected], or by sending $10 in the mail or purchasing a patch at the police station at 5 Garfield Ave.
