ELMHURST, IL — In the last few days, Elmhurst police handled calls involving explicit photos, road rage, a dealership theft, a bullet hole, a disturbance at a restaurant, an intoxicated person and a structure fire. Here is information from the latest Elmhurst police reports: Explicit photos A person at Elmhurst University, 190 S. Prospect Ave., reported sending explicit photos to a stranger through social media. On Sunday, the stranger demanded a $700 payment from the person. Road rage A driver told police that a suspect kicked him in a road rage incident about 7 p.m. Friday at North and Route 83. An investigation is pending. Dealership theft A man entered the open service area of Ed Napleton Acura about 6:30 p.m. Friday and stole four tires and rims. He left in a dark Toyota, possibly a 4-Runner. The man was described as older, having a dark complexion and stocky build, and wearing a maroon winter hat, a black jacket with fur on the hood, a surgical mask, gloves and blue jeans. Bullet hole A bullet hole was reported Saturday on the east side of a house in the 200 block of East Armitage. The bullet had a downward trajectory. It was believed to have happened Thursday or Friday. An investigation is pending. Eatery disturbance A person refused to leave Jimmy John's, 1035 S. York St., about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. At the restaurant's request, an officer served the person with a no-trespass notice. Intoxicated person Police were called about an intoxicated person about 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South York Street. She was taken by ambulance to Elmhurst Hospital. Structure fire Police helped the fire department with a structure fire about 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of North Route 83. Patch is seeking more information from the fire department. Fugitive drivers An officer tried to stop a stolen Jeep Compass about 3 p.m. Sunday near Grand and Lamont. The driver sped away before driving into a grassy area, where the suspects ran away. The officer detained one of the people, while the other person got away and was caught by Villa Park officers. The first person was transferred to Villa Park. An officer tried to stop a black Jeep Cherokee about 2:30 a.m. Thursday at Church and Lake. The driver sped away on Grand Avenue.
