PORTLAND, Oregon – Today Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt announced that Miles Furrow, 41, has been indicted and arraigned on eight charges stemming from a "Proud Boy" rally last year.
Furrow's co-defendant, Tusitala "Tiny" Toese, 25, has been indicted on 12 charges from the same event. Toese is currently in custody in Washington state where he faces unrelated charges. The exact time of his extradition to Multnomah County for arraignment is unknown and will not occur until his charges are resolved in Washington.
Toese and Furrow attended a rally associated with the "Proud Boys" which took place in a K-Mart parking lot off of Northeast 122nd on August 22, 2021. Several incidents that both Toese and Furrow were involved in transpired as a result of the event.
Toese and Furrow have been charged as co-defendants with the following:
Tusitala "Tiny" Toese:
Four counts of Assault in the Second Degree with a weapon
Two counts of Assault in the Third Degree
Two counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon
Two counts of Riot
Two counts of Criminal Mischief in the first degree
Miles Furrow:
Four counts of Assault in the Second Degree with a weapon
