BURLINGTON, MA — A Burlington construction company was fined over $77,000 in New Hampshire and was accused of attempting to bribe a state labor inspector. The company, RPCL Construction, was fined for records violations at job sites in Salem and Londonderry, New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Business Review Reported. The company's vice president, Rogelio Perez, offered the inspector $28,000 "to make this situation go away," according to the inspection report.
