Subcontract Pressure Washing Projects. 70-30 split(70 you, 30 me. must charge my rate, all discount if any to customers will be deducted from my 30%) NEIGHBORS & REFERRALS you get 100% profit. As long as you service my clientele at my rates. I don’t care what you charge the neighbors. OPTION 4 Marketing and Booking agent. Posting ads, flyer distribution, and project booking. 100% commission based. 15% commission on all jobs booked. Post ads where? Craiglist, websites, forums, facebook groups, social media, etc…
