SWAG Off Road is a small company that prides itself in high-quality products, quick shipping times, and old school customer service. We’re currently looking to add a few more people to the team as we continue to grow. We make and sell metal fabrication tools, Jeep Wrangler Parts, and accessories. We have multiple industry-first products and have developed a loyal customer base through our online store. Plus, we finish at 3:30 everyday so you'll still have time to go enjoy your afternoon around Bend. We are currently looking for a new production associate. Our busy warehouse has demands in different areas throughout the day, so we need someone that can adapt to multiple tasks. Doing the same exact thing for 8 hours a day, week after week can get old, you will never have to worry about that while working for Swag. Your primary area of responsibility will be in the assembly department, but every day is different and demands may push into other areas of manufacturing, shipping, etc. **Skills/Requirements** -Be organized. -Can read and follow directions/instructions. -Have to be able to work within a team environment, no flying solo! -Not above sweeping floors or emptying trash cans. It's rare but everyone has to do it sometimes. -Absolutely must have a great attitude. -Good communication skills. Cannot be afraid to ask questions. -You must have reliable transportation. *Must be reasonably physically fit! This is a HIGHLY active job; most of your day will be spent on your feet, lifting heavy objects. * ****Must be able to Lift 100 lbs. occasionally and 70 lbs. throughout the day**** All we ask is that you show up on time and work hard. You don’t need any experience with metal fabrication, jeeps, or manufacturing though some knowledge or previous experience is always appreciated.
