BROOKLINE, MA — One Brookline woman is asking the public to stay on high alert for Poindexter, her missing cat. The cat's owner, Lorrie Anderson, said in a Facebook post that Poindexter was last seen near Newton Street and Wolcott Road area, near the Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course and Brookline Fire Station No. 6. Poindexter went missing Feb. 24. Anyone who sees Poindexter is asked to contact Anderson by commenting on her Facebook post in the group "Brookline, MA - Lost & Found Pets".
