A leading Deck Contractor is looking for another team to build decks. Once the team is cleared as qualified, there will be a guarantee of at least one deck per week...probably more and possibly year round. Must be experienced, have your own tools and have high quality standards. Must have or be able to obtain liability insurance and workman's comp for employees. We only hire winners. Must have courteous personality and have excellent customer interaction skills. No drama. No cursing. No loud music. No complainers. No sloppy clothes. Team players only. Must be teachable to build decks to our specifications. Only winners. Compensation is by square foot / number of steps. Replies should include your requested compensation to build a composite deck.
