Small Job for Licensed Electrician

I am looking for a licensed electrician to replace a receptable with a new one. The existing flood light has a receptacle and the light itself can probably be fixed however it is a motion and I'd prefer a photocell. I bought a light from with a photocell in it from amazon and I just need a licensed electrician to take out the old one and install the new one and ensure it is working. Please give me an idea of a price range and confirm you are licensed. Thanks
