FIRE WATCH NEEDED, IMMEDIATE HIRE! What is a Fire Watch? Chapter three of the LSC states that a fire watch is the delegation of one or more people with the tasks of: Notifying both the building occupants FIRST and fire department in the event of a fire emergency Protecting the public from fire dangers and other circumstances that puts lives at stake. Applicants must have good verbal as well as written communication skills and possess a valid North Carolina Operators License. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
