Busy Boutique Property Management Company hiring maintenance technicians. PT and FT positions available. Generous compensation DOE plus health, PTO and 401k. Successful candidates will have home and apartment maintenance/repair skills including plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, etc. Must be well organized, work well with others, be able to educate fellow team members, have excellent communication skills, exercise good time management, be a self-starter and accepting of feedback. Great people skills and a can-do attitude are a must! About Us: We are a property management company with properties throughout the Denver metro area providing management, maintenance, and cleaning services for single family homes, condos, and multifamily units. Our mission is to provide great service to our homeowner clients and tenants. Company supplied phone, vehicles, tools, etc. Overview of Duties: Dry wall repairs Texture/ paint Plumbing repairs Electrical repairs Yard maintenance Sprinkler maintenance Carpet cleaning Snow removal Basic HVAC repairs Light Remodels Must have the ability to lift 75lbs Education: Any certification related to HVAC, electrical plumbing are a plus. High School Diploma Experience 2 years maintenance experience required. Experience in property management preferred Schedule: Full time or Part Time + some on call. Benefits: PTO, health insurance and 401k after 60 days of employment. All candidates must pass a background check, have a clean driving record and must have reliable transportation.
