Family owned shop looking for a full time, permanent construction laborer. Work with shop owner to fabricate and install jobs. On the job training provided for custom fabrication and welding skills. Primary Job Duties: Perform general laborer duties in the shop and in the field, including prep and cleanup. Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, etc. Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools. Clean and prepare sites to eliminate possible hazards. Requirements: Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to adhere to all safety requirements. Must be able to work safely in all surroundings. Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required. Perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Attention to detail in work, measuring, installation Ability to understand and follow directions with moderate supervision. Ability to communicate effectively.
