Looking for a project manager to specialize in residential remodel (kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms etc) for Denver Metro area, will need to be ok with traveling to boulder, co springs and close mountain cities (evergreen, conifer, baily) when needed but not everyday. Looking for someone who has construction knowledge in cabinetry, electric, plumbing, framing etc. Needs to be detail oriented, job includes measuring currant layouts of clients remodel area, creating labor bids using existing platform, sending and receiving estimates, communicating with designers and subcontractors. Scheduling remodel projects, sales, and attention to all compliance documents related to pre 1978 homes and permitting. We are a fast pace small company with less than 10 employees. Laid back atmosphere and work from home when not in the field. Would like an energetic person who will fit in with this family oriented crew! Will need to be comfortable to do hands on work as our PM's are responsible for demos and punch work for cabinetry when needed. Having tools will be a big plus. Must have a reliable vehicle! Pay is negotiable depending on work experience. We do offer health insurance and PTO.
