Candidate must be skilled in doors, windows, trim work, drywall, drywall finishing and painting kitchen and bathroom renovation and other home improvements. Candidate must be: · Detail oriented · Perform highest quality of workmanship · Motivated · Ability to solve problems · Positive working attitude · Innovative · Work well with others as well as independently · Have excellent work ethics · Understand client requests · Be punctual · Good communication skills · Keep jobsite clean and safe Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST/BACKROUND CHECK and have clean driving record Pay based on experience Paid vacation, sick days, holidays Spanish language is a plus ONLY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES PLEASE
