My elderly tenant had to move in with her daughter in California due to health issues.
I'm looking for some people to haul out everything. You keep everything.
Furnishings, Kitchen items, Beds, Tables, Small stuff, etc.
Small two bedroom duplex. Not overly loaded. I'm thinking if someone is organized and has a truck, you can do it in about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs.

I have to prepare my place for the next tenant.
