Doodle rehoming

Description
Just loosely gauging if there’s any interest in a home for my 9 month old creme & white Labrador x Bernese Mountain Dog x Poodle(1/2). I’m a hobby trainer and dabble in dog sports and acting with my other dogs, while he’s a perfect pet, he doesn’t have much drive to work/figure things out (although he absolutely enjoys training and could be well trained in the right hands). I’ve also sadly accepted the fact that large dogs just no longer work in my lifestyle. This isn’t the only place I’m posting him, but I’m not trying to rehome him quickly either. This isn’t a first come, first serve thing. Rehoming fee is negotiable, but also in the low range for an easy doodle. He’s low energy in the house, low drive, nearly zero prey drive, and loves playing with other dogs. He’s goofy, clumsy, happy, friendly, and has about two brain cells to his name. He is not dog aggressive and doesn’t resource guard to dogs or people. He has no allergies, no car/motion sickness, not noise sensitive, not a picky eater, nor an overly sensitive stomach (he’s about average). He enjoys hiking (on leash and off-leash), running at the beach, running through water (would probably love swimming too), playing with other dogs, going for neighborhood walks, and sitting at the park. He’s a wonderful gentleman even being an intact male around intact females in heat. He does a little whining, but no howling, no food strikes, and no marking. He’s kid friendly (but he might be too clumsy for tiny kids), cat friendly, dog friendly, and stranger friendly. He’s also crate trained and walks in willingly. Cons: he does bark like most Poodles do (but is e-collar trained to an Educator bark collar on level 2), he takes some time to learn (with support & training) it’s fine to be separated from people in new places, he has a high metabolism and cannot be on low energy food (he’s currently eating four cups daily of Eukenuba Large Breed Puppy food + Inukshuk 26/16), he’s a big dog, gotta clean away eye boogers often, and his grooming needs are HIGH. He’s seen a professional groomer every 6 weeks and is a patient gentleman on the table. He’s had multiple haircuts, even pet-safe dye, and never had any mats. Before he was cut down into an Asian Fusion type cut, his adult coat was coming in as loose-ish curls. He will not have the typical wavy extra soft doodle coat, but he also doesn’t mat as easily. He enjoys brushing time (I use a Chris Christensen Big G slicker & Andis greyhound comb) and is learning to relax during nail trims. He is NOT a cheap dog to own. Even with regular grooming at home with top of the line equipment and a short haircut, he STILL needs to go to the groomers every 4-8 weeks. Which adds up when visits are $120-145 + tip. And being a doodle, people hate him for just existing (check all the Doodle hate groups on FB, sadly many members are groomers, vet techs, and trainers), so I will not go anywhere else that might hurt & hate him (and me for owning a doodle) just to save $20-40. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask any that come to mind. I know this dog throughly and I will only allow him to go to a home that can handle his grooming needs and enjoys who he is as an individual.
