We are a property management company looking to hire 1-2 handymen/women to help us with work orders. Typical jobs include: Water heater out Leaking faucet Paint touch up mold removal pest spray/bugging apartment Light switch not working replacing faucet We will do a 1099 with a paycheck - we need experience and references. Do not email if you do not send references, work history, and work pictures. We will not respond to anyone not sending these. we are looking to hire long-term on payroll. 10-15 hours per week or more.
