Job description Currently looking for a driven Construction Superintendent. If you are an independent, trustworthy contractor that is ready for management duties, and you take pride in your work, come grow with us! At K6, we currently have crews in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and now Oklahoma City. We specialize in residential remodeling for institutional investors. Our jobs range in size and scope, and we have clients that continue to prefer us over other vendors. Candidate should have working knowledge in all facets of a remodel. This Construction Superintendent will focus on construction projects for K6 Development. Looking for the following attribute's: Tape bed texture, plumbing, flooring, tile, handyman jobs, roofing, electrical, we do it all Looking for a reliable, experienced, skilled worker who is organized and can run crews Organize workloads Give accurate estimates on new jobs Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills and experience in multiple trades Must have basic tools and reliable transportation Spanish speaking is a plus Drug free and willing to complete a background check Experience in Builder trend preferred but not required. Job Type: Full-time What we need: Management: 2 years (Preferred) Construction: 5 years (Preferred) What you get: Salary $60,000 - $75,000 per year (Includes Bonus) Phone allowance Gas/toll allowance Supplemental pay Commission pay Work location Multiple locations
