Job Summary: As a manufacturing associate you will be working in a manufacturing environment. In this role your responsibility will be to help your team achieve daily production goals. Work will involve both independent and team work, a positive attitude and attention to detail. This opening could entail positions doing the following: Press Saw Helper, Press Stretcher Operator, CNC machine operator and other manufacturing roles throughout our facilities. We will train you if you have no experience. Mostly 2nd and 3rd Shifts Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently Must be able to perform simple machine set-ups Ability to read and understand blue prints and understand measuring tolerances helpful Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and procedures Demonstrate the ability to inspect parts in accordance with procedure policy Basic knowledge of ISO concepts Must be available to work overtime if required Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or GED preferred One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience preferred Basic math skills Ability and willingness to learn Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude. Physical and Environmental Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to stand, sit, bend and kneel without difficulty Ability to repeatedly lift/pull/push 50lbs Exposure to loud noises Working in the presence of fork trucks, overhead and other manufacturing machinery
