EPC (Executive Personal Computers), a premier IT equipment re-marketer, has an opportunity at our Wright City, Missouri facility for an individual to: • Conduct hand disassembly of end-of-life computer assets (systems, monitors, etc.) • Properly sort and prep material to be fed into the large shredder • Unload and transport material using a pallet jack • Recognize and remove materials off fast-moving conveyor lines • Other duties as assigned Working Environment: • Warehouse temperatures can vary widely based upon local weather conditions, and may occasionally exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit • Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels • Should be open to extra hours, such as weekly overtime, in a fast-paced environment • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements: Skills • Knowledge in using basic hand tools • Basic computer skills • Strong work ethic Physical • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation • Must be able to work 8 hours shifts while performing the duties of this job • Must be able to regularly bend, twist, and reach • Use a pallet jack to move equipment from dock to workstation • Must be able to handle IT equipment by reading and identifying serial printed letters, numbers, symbols, and model information with a small font size Personal Skills • Must be able to work well with others • Ability to follow directions • Good communication skills • Must have a high awareness of safety practices in a warehouse setting High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
