Spit Shine Gutter Cleaning is recruiting for a Gutter installation Lead. This position is responsible for ensuring rain gutter installation and other jobs are completed safely and efficiently. This position does not start until Mid march - Early April. 2 years of gutter installation experience required. Primary Job Duties: - Exemplifying the Spit Shine vision - Providing a positive example for team members - Supervision of 2-3 person Gutter Install team - Tracking and maintenance of crew tools and supplies - Communication with clients - Training and evaluation of team members - Working at height from ladders and rooftops, including steep pitches - Proper use of fall protection equipment and techniques - Jobsite safety and quality control Required Experience: - Residential and Commercial gutter installation - At-Height Work Experience, including use of fall protection equipment - Field Supervision of 1-5 people - Customer service and interaction Requirements: - Valid Alaska Driver’s License - Commitment to safety, excellence, and a positive work environment - Ability to climb ladders, walk, carry, reach, and lift/hold up to 50lbs.
